Common Area Grounds Usage

WCHOA members are welcome to use the common area grounds for events. Please download and fill out the form from the contact & forms page on this website to request bathroom facilities. Contact a board member for information and to have the facilities made available. The person/s using the common area facility are responsible for cleanliness and removing all trash from the area that will not fit into the trash receptacle provided. Please use the area responsibly.

Tennis Court Access Code Has Changed

The tennis court has a new lock installed. The tennis courts are open from 9AM to sundown daily. Please email us for the access code.

Board Meetings

WCHOA board of directors meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. All Woodland Creek home owners are invited and encouraged to attend. A sign will be posted at the entrance several days prior to each meeting. Please attend if possible. There will be open discussion at the end of each meeting, after the board has concluded business. At this time, WCHOA members present are invited to ask questions, voice concerns, etc.
